I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredible, with a jacuzzi and a nice little terrace – pure relaxation. The daily services were so convenient, especially the hot-tub right in the bedroom. The front desk clerk was a bit grumpy, but the staff made special arrangements for our Machu Picchu visit, which was a lifesaver. The location was perfect, in walking distance to the historical town center. The dining included freshly baked European bread, a delightful touch. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, close to the historical town center and just a stone's throw away from the terminal. The rooms were cozy, and the staff went out of their way to make our visit to Machu Picchu as smooth as possible. However, the front desk clerk seemed a bit grumpy at times.
