Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredible, with a jacuzzi and a nice little terrace – pure relaxation. The daily services were so convenient, especially the hot-tub right in the bedroom. The front desk clerk was a bit grumpy, but the staff made special arrangements for our Machu Picchu visit, which was a lifesaver. The location was perfect, in walking distance to the historical town center. The dining included freshly baked European bread, a delightful touch. The facilities were top-notch, and overall, it was a fantastic experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, close to the historical town center and just a stone's throw away from the terminal. The rooms were cozy, and the staff went out of their way to make our visit to Machu Picchu as smooth as possible. However, the front desk clerk seemed a bit grumpy at times. The personal greetings and services provided were truly special.
The hotel offers a cozy stay with rooms featuring a hot tub and a mountain view. The terrace adds a nice touch but the lack of open windows can be a downside. The service is marked by personal greetings from accommodating staff who made special arrangements for our Machu Picchu visit. The location is in walking distance to the historical town center, striking a balance between being close to the main square yet peaceful. The dining experience offers flavorful delights, and the facilities are top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! The location was perfect, being so close to the historical town center and local attractions. The service was exceptional, with personalized greetings and special arrangements made for our visit to Machu Picchu. However, the grumpy front desk clerk was a bit of a downside in an otherwise amazing experience. The dining experience, although included, could use a bit more variety to truly impress guests.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, some had no window to open at all, which was a bit disappointing. The daily services were top-notch, and having a jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch. However, the terrace was rather small.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the convenient location and friendly service were highlights, the lack of proper ventilation in some rooms and occasional lapses in service quality were drawbacks. Overall, a decent option with some room for improvement.
